1. General Policy
At MxRides.lt, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or non-working product, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photo and/or video evidence
- Include your order number
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in your claim being rejected.
3. Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- The damage must be clearly visible in provided evidence
- Packaging condition must also be shown (to assess shipping damage)
- Product must not be used, modified, or installed
We reserve the right to deny claims without sufficient proof.
4. Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement item (preferred option)
- Partial refund (if applicable)
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)
5. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not cover:
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect installation or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality
6. Shipping Issues
If the product was damaged during shipping, you must:
- Keep all original packaging
- Provide photos of the packaging and item
This is required for claims with shipping carriers.
7. Batteries and Electrical Components
Due to safety reasons:
- Used or improperly handled batteries are not eligible for return or refund
- Any signs of tampering void eligibility
