All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel any order if necessary (e.g., stock issues, payment verification).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 10–14 business days
  • International: 10–17 business days

Please note that these are estimated times only and may vary depending on location and carrier.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure (e.g., weather, strikes, etc.)

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import duties
  • Taxes
  • Customs fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

MxRides is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages once marked as delivered
  • Stolen packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local courier.


8. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address:

  • We are not responsible for delivery failure
  • Reshipping may require additional payment

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Do not accept it if visibly severely damaged (if possible)
  • Take photos of the package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours

This is required for claim processing.
